The Business Website plan helps your business get found, engage visitors, and turn interest into customer inquiries. We design and develop up to 5 pages around your services, with clear content, prominent calls to action, and foundational SEO, AEO, and GEO setup for search engines and AI-powered answers. We also manage hosting and ongoing website care so you do not have to handle the technical work yourself.

Your monthly fee covers hosting, SSL, maintenance, updates, backups, monitoring, support, and up to 3 minor change requests per month. The separate $795 one-time setup fee covers the initial design, development, and launch. A 12-month commitment applies.

Minor changes are small edits to existing pages, such as updating business hours or contact details, changing a short section of text, replacing an image you provide, or updating a link. Your plan includes up to 3 minor change requests per month. New pages, major layout changes, new features, integrations, and extensive content work are quoted separately. We confirm the scope before starting work.

The $99/month Business Website plan, with a $795 one-time setup fee, is ideal for service-based businesses. The Custom Solutions plan can connect your website with CRM, sales, invoicing, inventory, and other business tools. Features and pricing are quoted to match your needs.

We build either a high-converting single-page website or a multi-page website (up to 5 pages), depending on your business needs. We’ll recommend the best structure based on your goals.

The Business Website plan includes up to 5 pages. For example: Home, About, Services, Portfolio, and Contact. We tailor the page selection to your business; FAQ, gallery, or service-area pages can replace these examples.

Yes. Every website we build is fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

Yes. We can help refine, organize, and structure your website content. If extensive copywriting is needed, that may be offered as an additional service depending on the scope.

Options include extra pages, blogs, copywriting, galleries, multilingual content, booking, advanced forms, chat, email signup, reviews, campaign pages, advanced SEO, accessibility reviews, branding, migration, payments, and CRM or portal integrations. Core mobile design, basic SEO, and launch speed optimization are included. Add-on prices are in USD and cover the scope shown on our pricing page. Charges are one-time unless stated per page, language, location, or request. Software subscriptions, paid licenses, translation, and transaction fees are separate. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Full business systems are quoted under Custom Solutions.

Domain renewal remains the client’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged. We can help guide you, but domain registration and renewal fees are billed separately.

Yes. If you already own a domain, we can connect it to your website during setup.

If your website experiences an issue or outage, we will investigate and work to restore service as quickly as possible as part of your ongoing maintenance and support.

Hosting, maintenance, support, and related managed services remain active only while your subscription and agreement remain active and in good standing. If your plan ends or is canceled, related hosted services and access may also be suspended or terminated.

Payments are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You’ll be charged automatically each month using your selected payment method.

The Business Website plan has a one-time setup fee of $795, plus $99/month for ongoing service. The setup fee covers the initial design, development, and launch. Payment timing is confirmed in your agreement. Custom Solutions pricing and payment terms are quoted separately.

Payments are billed according to your selected service plan and agreement terms. Certain plans may require advance payment covering multiple billing periods before services begin, followed by recurring automatic billing on the billing date specified in your Client Service Agreement while your service remains active.

If a payment becomes overdue or cannot be processed, services may be paused, restricted, or suspended until the account is brought current. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of services according to our Terms of Use or agreement.

Due to the nature of custom website work and ongoing services, any advanced payments are non-refundable once work has started.

The Business Website plan has a 12-month commitment. Canceling early does not remove the remaining payment obligations. Provide written cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before renewal using the method in your Client Service Agreement, or the legal contact listed in our Terms if no method is specified. Later notice takes effect at the end of the following billing period, and the intervening renewal remains payable.

You own your business content and branding. During the managed plan, SiteCare360 retains ownership of the website design and code. After completing the first 12 months, a website buyout option is available for a separate one-time fee. The price and transfer details are confirmed in writing; ownership transfers when the agreed buyout is completed.

Your monthly price remains fixed during the initial contract term. After that term ends, monthly pricing may change with reasonable advance written notice, provided early enough for you to meet the 15-day cancellation deadline before the first renewal at the new price.

After the initial 12-month term, you can continue month-to-month or choose a website buyout for a separate one-time fee. Buyout pricing, file transfer, and any ongoing hosting or support are agreed separately in writing. If you cancel without completing a buyout, the managed service ends according to your agreement.
